The Huzar 30 is not a mass produced yacht, built by the thousand for charter companies that regard them as "disposable" after 3 years...this is the real thing. A true hand built yacht that is small enough to be easy to manage, but designed and built to be the last yacht you will ever need.
Whether its placid family cruising, energetic race winning performance or round the world voyaging, one of the versions of the Huzar 30 has got to be on your short list;
Performance and seaworthiness by design
The Huzar 30 has been created by an elite team headed by leading performance yacht designer Dr. W. Skorski. Just the quickest glance tells you that the Huzar 30 is a yacht that loves to be sailed...
A long waterline, and racing inspired hull lines give her effortless performance through the water and into the wind.
The large, uncluttered cockpit and broad decks make it easy for a crew to work, but she can also be configured easily for true single handed sailing.
The open transom provides instant cockpit draining as well as the perfect life raft stowage area and swim/boarding platform. High freeboard and a generous beam contribute to steady and comfortable passage making while creating large living spaces below, but without suffering the sailing hindrances caused by yachts whose designers have prioritised comfort in the marina over sailing satisfaction.
Premier build quality....as standard!
Every Huzar 30 is hand built in a small dedicated production facility in Torun, north of Warsaw.
From day one build quality was of the highest priority...the Huzar 30 was never intended to be built for charter companies who want an endless stream of “disposable” boats...the Huzar 30 had to be built to withstand decades of hard Northern European sailing.
That is why every construction process, every component and every material has been chosen with durability and seaworthiness first....time taken and cost are distant followers.

Hand building means that each and every boat receives a level of attention to detail and consistency that mass-produced boats can never hope to achieve.
Also, a hand built boat gives scope for a degree of personalisation that you can never expect from just another boat rolling off just another production line.
Some of the benefits of the Huzar 30 build processes include;
100% hand laid fibreglass - this means consistency of lay up, and the optimum glass-to-resin proportions. It is more labour intensive than some of our competitors who use chopper guns, but it means that you can be sure that every square inch of fibreglass is exactly how and where it should be, without air voids.
Isophtalic barrier coats - all boats in the Huzar 30 range benefit from anti-osmosis barrier layers before the solid laminate
Inner hull liner in GRP with steel re-enforcement - The hull is stiffened by an inner hull liner and a grid stringer system which does not use any wood in the structure. Wood stiffeners are relatively cheap and easy to work with - but eventually can warp or rot, and that’s why wood is not used in the primary structure of a Huzar 30. The inner hull liner provides strength in all directions and braces the hull far more effectively than yachts that just have an under floor stringer system.
